What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Practice Nurse Practitioner - Any state license position at DocStar?
Provider Profession Needed: MD/DO
Specialty: Family Medicine
Start Date: 2/24
End Date: 5/30
Length of Assignment: 3-6 month assignment with potential to extend
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8-5 PM
Patient Volume: Average of 12-14 patients a day
Procedures: Bread and butter Primary Care, must be comfortable seeing all ages, and treating hypertension, diabetes management, and chronic care
EMR: RPMS
Licensure Needed: Any state license
Certifications Needed: DEA and BLS
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: Comfortable working in rural areas, or experience working with FQHC
Interview Schedule/Preferences: Recruiter and Medical Director will review CV and then schedule a phone interview
Other additional pertinent information: Indian Health experience

Pay: $130.00 - $140.00 per hour
