The Recruiting Operations Program Manager is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing recruiting systems and tools to ensure seamless operations and alignment with recruiting strategies. You will play a crucial role within the Talent Acquisition team, reporting directly to the Recruiting Operations Manager. You will help drive system efficiency, ensuring data accuracy, and advising on technology investments to support strategic goals.
Responsibilities :
- You will manage and support recruiting systems and vendors, including implementation, role access, training, launches, procurement, and troubleshooting.
- Lead strategic projects by establishing project plans, timelines, and documentation for recruiting operations.
- Act as a liaison between recruiting teams, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Provide deep technical expertise in ATS (, Lever) and related tools, staying updated on advancements and best practices.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues with minimal disruption to recruiting operations.
- Advise on technology investments, system enhancements, and AI-driven tools to support long-term strategic goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy within recruiting systems and build reports to inform decision-making and assess program effectiveness.
- Drive adoption of talent tools by delivering user-centric training, documentation, and support to improve system usage and adoption.
- Assess additional tools or subscriptions, Talent Acquisition performance metrics and evaluate AI-driven solutions to enhance recruiting operations.
- Perform workflow audits to ensure accuracy of recruiting-related reports and data.
