Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Recruiting Efforts : Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for corporate roles (, Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations), collaborating with hiring managers and leaders to identify and attract top talent.
- Talent Sourcing and Engagement : Proactively source and engage passive candidates, screen inbound applicants, and implement creative strategies to improve our recruiting processes, talent brand, and candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Partnership : Build strong relationships with hiring managers, advising on compensation recommendations, market trends, and best practices. Act as a trusted partner in hiring decisions.
- Data-Driven Insights : Partner with analytics to track and analyze pipeline and performance metrics. Use insights to inform recruiting strategies and share updates with internal stakeholders.
- Candidate Experience : Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from first contact to successful offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Mentorship and Leadership : Mentor peers, set high standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the recruiting team.
