Job Summary : On the Treat team, we are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our core visits experience spanning multiple services like Urgent care, Primary care, Behavioral health and Specialty visits at scale. You will also be responsible for creating closed loop experiences that take advantage of technology, devices and AI to make it easy for members to follow through on the care plan and achieve better outcomes. Reporting to our Director, Engineering you are a seasoned engineering leader with strong product acumen, proven ability to deliver team impact, experience building high performing teams and drive to disrupt healthcare through innovation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- You have led teams to build consumer-facing products from start to finish.
- Reputation as a valued leader across the organization.
- Desire to move quickly and ship things.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science disciplines, or comparable STEM-related degree.
- 7 years experience as an organizational and people leader.

Pay : The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are : Zone A : $174,320 - $246,230 equity benefits Zone B : $200,468 - $283,160 equity benefits Zone C : $ 217,900 - $307,790 equity benefits Zone D : $ $226,616 - $320,100 equity benefits This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone.
