🏥 Now Hiring: Clinical Supervisor (RN) – Home Health
📍 Location: 13100 Northwest Fwy, Suite #400A, Houston, TX 77040
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday (8:30 AM–5:00 PM)
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor (RN) to lead and manage home health clinical operations. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services or Executive Director, this role is essential in ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with regulations, and the overall efficiency of home health services.
✔ Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with agency policies and Medicare regulations
✔ Supervise and mentor clinical staff, providing leadership and guidance
✔ Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers
✔ Coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts, including physicians, therapists, and social workers
✔ Provide direct patient care as needed, including performing field visits
✔ Participate in quality improvement programs (QAPI) and ongoing patient assessments
✔ Support patient, caregiver, and family education, ensuring a holistic approach to care
✔ Maintain documentation and reporting in line with regulatory requirements
✔ Active RN license in the state of practice
✔ 3 years of nursing experience (Home Health preferred)
✔ CPR certified (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Experience in clinical management & staff supervision
✔ Knowledge of Medicare, accreditation criteria, and home health regulations
✔ Reliable transportation & ability to travel as needed
✔ Must be on call at least once per month
