MEDICAL DIRECTOR, Wound Care Center (full time) – Philadelphia, PA
At the Hospital, great medical care goes above and beyond great medicine. Ensuring the highest level of patient care, this position is to be that of Medical Director of the Hospital's Wound Care Center. With a focus on the provision of quality, direct patient care and program development; the candidate would also be providing educational programs to clinicians and patients to both improve patient care and enhance the visibility of the Wound Care Center in the local and surrounding marketplace.
Note : Hospital will provide accommodations for education and certification in Wound Care / Hyperbarics).
To be considered, our qualifications include :
- Medical degree (M.D or D.O.) and at least some clinical experience
- Board certified / eligible in area of training (ideally FP or IM)
- Excellent supervisory skills
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Must be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form as well as manage several abstract and concrete variables
- No on-call.
