Adult Reconstructive and Total Joint Orthopaedic Surgeon Needed near Jacksonville, Florida
Position is available due to growth!
Joining a Multi-Specialty Group witih 8 Physicians / 6 Mid-Levels
Approx 8-9 Call weeks per year at the Hospital
Office Hours are: 8am - 5pm
Practice: Orthopaedic specialties include Sports Medicine;
Joint Replacement; Elbow & Shoulder; Foot & Ankle; Neck & Back and Hand & Wrist.
Two locations within the County. Both locations include:
digital x-ray and MRI, orthopaedic rehabilitation and DME. The main location
includes a state of the art 9,000 square foot outpatient surgery center.
Candidates Must Have
Adult Reconstruction Fellowship / Board Certification / Florida State License
Patient Population: Commercial 50%; Medicare 40%; WC 5%; Other 5%
Anticipated Patient Volume: Approx 50 patients per clinic day / three clinic days per week
Surgical cases at ASC one day per week Hospital one day per week
Salary will be competitive - TBD
Benefits Include: Paid Malpractice, CME ($2500 10 days per contract year), Vacation (15 days of PTO each contract year)
Holidays, Relocation, Group and Life Insurance, 401K
Partnership: Buy-in opportunity at the end of year two as equal partner.

- First Contract Year. Physician shall be entitled to twenty five percent (25%) of the
Year Base Salary.
- Second Contract Year. Physician shall be entitled to thirty three percent (33%) of
Contract Year Base Salary.
