What are the responsibilities and job description for the Garden Center and Retail Staff, Seasonal and Full Time positions position at Doctor's Lawn & Landscape?
Doctor’s Lawn and Landscape is expanding our garden center/retail team!
We are looking to hire motivated individuals who are interested in learning what it takes to work in and help run the day-to-day operations at our garden center.
FULL AND PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE.
What this position entails:
· Plant and tree care and maintenance at our garden center facility.
· Grounds maintenance and organization of landscape supplies.
· Providing excellent customer service by recommending products, answering questions, and helping to load materials as needed.
· Assisting the rest of the team as needed.
Position requirements:
· Landscape and/or horticultural experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidates!
· Transportation to and from work and the ability work the required hours.
· Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. repeatedly, and ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn and be a part of our team!
