We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as a Emergency Medical Technician for immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for variety of duties such as, providing top quality patient excellence, assisting a clinician throughout the day to assess patient needs, visiting patient's home throughout the Las Vegas Valley, and more. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing top quality patient excellence
- Patient assessment, monitoring and vital sign
- IV starts and blood draws
- Driving physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants to and from patient visits
- Comfortable navigating the Las Vegas metropolitan area
- Responsible for packing and transporting medical supplies
- Be technically confident in using IOS programs
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Must have an EMT B Certification or greater
- MA License / MA Certificate
- Current BLS certification
- At least 1 year of EMT experience
- High School Diploma / GED equivalent or higher
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on the importance
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Flexible with schedule, having availability to work days or evenings & some holidays/weekends as needed
- Background check, DMV check and valid state license are required
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Certified Phlebotomist
- IV certification
- Hands on experience with patient care
This is a Part Time and/or Full Time Position with various shifts, based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Start Date: Immediate Hire
Compensation: $19.00 PTO Benefits
