The Medical Director Physician will oversee clinical operations and provide administrative leadership within a multi-site healthcare environment in Dade County, Florida. This role requires fluency in Spanish and at least five years of supervisory experience within a Medicare Advantage context. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing other physicians, primarily in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, and Geriatrics, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
CMO / Center Medical Director position in Miami, Florida
Must be fluent in Spanish
Prefer someone who has had experience in Admin in a Humana type environment / Medicare advantage program
At least 5 years supervisory / administrative experience over other doctors
Will be IM, FP and Geriatrics
Will be working in Dade County, Client has several site locations- all in Dade County
Travel to various sites within the county and car allowance given
Experience with Epic EMR would be great, EMR experience required
Base salary expected to be about 325k to 350k
