We are seeking an experienced trauma nurse who can lead our team with confidence and poise. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans for incoming trauma patients. Your strong clinical assessment skills, nursing interventions, and communication/leadership abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
As a Trauma Nurse Lead PRN, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans for incoming trauma patients
- Demonstrating strong trauma clinical assessment skills, nursing intervention, and strong communication/leadership skills
- Coordinating/triaging all incoming trauma patient activations
- Reviewing and evaluating all activations for triage-level appropriateness
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where you practice
- Certifications needed within 30 days of hire: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- TNCC Certification required within 6 months of start date
- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing with Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher
