Job Summary :
In this key leadership role, you will support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) by overseeing nursing and designated patient care functions and services across the hospital. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices at a multi-unit level, while specifically supporting medical-surgical services. You will be accountable for managing these areas, providing 24 / 7 oversight, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe nursing care. Additionally, you will focus on the competency of clinical staff and effective resource management related to patient care.
