Required Skills and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse Shift Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care and assisting in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice.
- Assisting the Department Director in providing direction in the development and evaluation of nursing personnel and maintaining operations of the patient care unit.
- Prescribing, delegating, and coordinating nursing care acting as a resource for clinical issues involving the plan of care.
You must have:
- A current RN license and certification in your specialty.
- At least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
