Key Responsibilities
- Perform the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgeries, emphasizing full arch and implant dentistry.
- Partner closely with restorative dentists and clinical teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and compliance protocols while providing a positive patient experience.
- Educate and counsel patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring compassionate and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Board-Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMFS) in good standing.
- Proven experience or specialized training in full arch dentistry and implant procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and upholding our “top 20%” standard of care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
