Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and valued throughout their treatment process.

Advocate for patient needs with the team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Educate patients about treatment processes, dental health options, and preventative practices.

Facilitate communication between patients, family members, and dental staff to ensure clarity and understanding of treatments and outcomes.

Manage patient case documentation, maintain accurate records, and follow up on patient interactions to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Experience in patient advocacy, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and patient-centered care.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Dental Assisting Experience is required

Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient privacy and ethical conduct.
