Job Summary:
Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process. The RN carries out the tasks of hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and apheresis procedure. Provides necessary nursing care and recognizes and responds to emergency needs of the patient receiving dialysis/apheresis therapy, performs the tasks of set-up, operation and disinfection of dialysis/aphaeresis equipment.
