We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team at Mathis Rehab Centers LLC, partnered with Morris County Hospital serving the Council Grove, KS area and surrounding communities.
You will lead patients on the road to recovery, serving those on a journey to life-changing healing. We are looking for an OTA who strives to help their patients enjoy an improved quality of life after treatment. This position offers flexible hours and autonomy to deliver high-quality care to patients.
The schedule includes treating outpatient and inpatient cases, without the requirement of working weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide Occupational Therapy consultation and services to our patients
•Educate patients and caregivers on safe rehabilitation practices
•Complete weekly documentation using the latest WebPT EMR system
•Ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines for OT
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
•A valid Kansas OTA license, or eligibility for licensing

•Excellent interpersonal communication skills
•Attention to detail and ability to multitask
•Creative problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
