EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :
A strong work ethic and reliability are a must .Strong communication, proactive problem-solving and analytical skills requiredAbility to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word.Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.Must be enthusiastic and be able to multi-taskDUTIES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO :
Allocating insurance payments to patients claimsAllocating patient payments to accountsProcessing credit card payments accordingly.Reconciliation of payments day to day, month-end.Troubleshooting incorrect payments and assigning to AR team.Troubleshooting payment errors and make correctionsField inbound patient callsSupporting other team membersOther tasks assigned by Billing Supervisor or ManagerWhat We Offer :
