What you will be doing : Performing ergonomic assessments and making recommendations for improved body mechanics. Educating new employees on injury prevention and safety practices. Conducting injury screens, offering first aid, and managing symptom education. Rolling out pre-shift warm-up programs. Walking the production floor to connect with employees and foster a culture of wellness. Collaborating with the client’s management team to implement impactful health strategies.
