What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapy aide position at Doctors of Physical Therapy?
Doctors of Physical Therapy is looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapy technician. This is a great role for a student looking for health care experience.
Hours MWF early morning and evenings until 7 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Some cross training with the Front Desk will be included for this position.
Light clerical duties required including but not limited to : Scheduling, collecting co-pays, scanning and new patient registration, maintaining overall clinic cleanliness, and preparing treatment areas.
Skills and Specifications : Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Anatomy Positive attitude Team player Ability to work with all types of people Ability to multi-task Ability to prioritize important tasks is necessary.
Maintaining pleasant and professional relationships with patients Reliable Ability to comply with Doctors of Physical Therapy Standards of Operations Paid Time Off (PTO) eligible!
