What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapy aide position at Doctors of Physical Therapy?
Doctors of Physical Therapy is looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician in our DeKalb Clinic.
The ideal candidate is available Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings and Wednesday afternoons.
Previous medical experience is preferred, but not needed.
This is a great position for PT student or someone that wants to enter the medical field.
Under the close supervision of a Physical Therapist, technicians are responsible for assisting the therapist with patient care or patient related needs.
Light clerical duties required including but not limited to : Scheduling, collecting co-pays, scanning and new patient registration, maintaining overall clinic cleanliness, and preparing treatment areas.
