We are seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team of compassionate caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist CNAs in providing daily living assistance and routine care to residents
- Administer medication as prescribed by physicians and accurately document all information
- Conduct resident/patient treatments and submit pharmacy orders as needed
- Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight, to monitor resident health
- Provide basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging, and manage IVs as directed
