- Observing residents and writing progress reports.
- Assisting residents in carrying out specific exercises.
- Treating residents with various techniques, such as stretching and massage.
- Helping residents use necessary equipment and devices.
- Educating residents on how to exercise properly to strengthen muscles and improve mobility.
- Maintaining residents' confidentiality.
- Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
