We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on our weekend shift. As an LPN at Doctors Subacute Healthcare Rehab, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key responsibilities of the LPN position include assisting CNAs in performing ADLs and routine care, conducting resident/patient treatments, administering medication, and accurately documenting and recording all information. Other duties may include giving injections of medication, observing resident health, taking vital signs, and providing basic care such as wound cleaning and bandaging.
