Patient Services Representative
Thriving Primary Care office in Bristol, TN, is seeking an experienced Patient Services Representative to work in a busy physician practice full-time answering incoming calls. The perfect candidate will be dependable, have a smile in their voice, a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment with a willingness to learn.
The following knowledge, skills and abilities apply:
· Experience greeting patients with a smile, a friendly voice, and an understanding ear.
· Knowledge of Athena or other electronic health records preferred.
Duties include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, monitoring voice mail messages and updating or scanning patient files.
The standard schedule is onsite 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. No weekends are required.
