About This Position
The Strategic Marketing Manager will own every aspect of the DocTract strategic marketing plan from design to execution. You will apply your prior experience and ability to learn new skills to accelerate the growth of the marketing function in the organization. In this role, you’ll combine high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading all marketing initiatives from concept through to implementation. This role offers hybrid flexibility for the right candidate, with an expectation to collaborate closely with the CEO and other team members continuously.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Campaign Execution
- Develop, execute and optimize multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
- Manage PPC campaigns, including bid optimization, ad design and spend levels
- Design and execute concentrated email campaigns
- Develop and execute campaigns around key relationships, including associations, customers and strategic partners
- Identify, organize and execute webinars and conferences, including post event follow through
- Develop and execute Account Based Marketing campaigns by leveraging strategic relationships and customers
Content Design and Management
- Create written content including, but not limited to web content, social media posts, brochures, email campaigns, marketing plans and promotions
- Develop engaging educational content across web, brochures, case studies, and sales training tools that clearly demonstrate the value and impact of our solution
- Oversee the DocTract external website and SEO opportunities, including understanding traffic and conversation analysis
- Develop and execute educational webinars and industry conferences to engage and inform primarily compliance professionals, ensuring strong post-event follow-up
- Coordinate the design of all required graphic, visualizations and website landing pages
KPI Analysis and Campaign Assessments
- Develop and execute A/B tests focused on increasing lead conversion
- Coordinate and manage market research and competitive analysis
- Prepare, analyze and report on related KPIs
About You
- 4 years of marketing experience, preferably at a SaaS B2B tech company
- 4 years digital marketing campaign planning and execution experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Experience with leading digital tools related to completing responsibilities
- Extensive experience with Google Analytics and related analysis
- Experience with PPC campaigns, include Google Ads
- Excellent listener, communicator and presenter with strong teamwork skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of SaaS marketing and sales principles and practices
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create a wide variety of content
