Job Description

The Relationship Manager is a critical role in the delivery of services to clients and ensuring successful client experiences that are consistent with Docufree's high standards. The Relationship Manager is the account level point-of-contact for multiple clients and is responsible for managing account level transactions. They will also be proactive in identifying potential opportunities for on-going client satisfaction and taking action to address those opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with current clients and contacts and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Provide support to clients.
  • Gain insight into clients' business goals and effectively communicate these to internal teams to align product and service development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Hold regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss opportunities, and address any issues.
  • Update and maintain client profiles.
  • Proactively identify and pursue additional revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to capitalize on potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Monitor operational metrics and SLAs.
  • Manage collections for assigned client accounts.
  • Have a thorough understanding of client contracts and manage accounts according to contract terms.
  • Develop expertise in the client's industry, infrastructure, and business needs to provide informed guidance and solutions.
  • Proactively identify potential risks to service delivery and take steps to mitigate them to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
  • Provide incident management leadership.
  • Advise on technical solutions.
  • Strive to provide outstanding service to clients.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 to 5 years’ experience in customer service, sales or account management.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Strong proficiency in organizational, administrative, and time management
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal staff.
  • Skilled in problem solving and devising work around solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Willingness to undertake occasional travel to client sites as required.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects across all stages of the delivery lifecycle
  • This is not a remote position .
