Job Description
DocuMart of Utah, Inc, a full-service printing company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate has experience in digital printing and has some graphic design knowledge. We are a customer focused company, excellent customer service skills are required. We are the industry leader in fast turnaround, high quality print production. This is a fast paced career. You will be on your feet for the majority of the day. You will need to be able to lift 50 lbs. or more. If you're a hard worker, team player and ready to learn, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Review and translate job tickets.
- Operate all digital presses.
- Help with various bindery tasks.
- Estimation of cost per project
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Transfer completed jobs to next department (Finishing, Mailing, Shipping, etc.).
- Work closely with Digital Printing team and Bindery/Finishing department to complete jobs.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of print production is preferred
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work on multiple projects at once
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
