Description
The role of a Strategic Partnership Consultant primarily focuses on business development and new business acquisition. Top priority is building strategic and long lasting partnership with our current and future clients. A lot of your time will be spent out of the office being an ambassador for our company and finding new business opportunities. As business opportunities arise, you will work collaboratively with IT, Software, and/or Print Specialists to personalize proposals and strategize future opportunities for growth. Ability to think critically and adapt on the fly are very important.
Experience & Required Skills
• Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
• Assist in managing client database and expanding outreach efforts
• Support sales forecasting and contribute to developing innovative sales approaches.
• Assist in researching accounts and generating or following through sales leads
• Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
• Performing cost benefit analysis of equipment and software operations
• Product knowledge is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Education & Certification
• High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, including as a driver or passenger in an automobile.
• Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 25 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 25 lbs.
• Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time.
Special Requirements
• Must have reliable transportation and a current Driver’s License
