Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership -
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
- Partner with the leadership team to drive organizational design, culture, and change management initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract high-caliber talent across all departments.
- Develop and refine onboarding programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture.
- Implement learning and development programs that encourage continuous professional growth.
- Foster a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Create succession planning strategies to ensure long-term leadership development.
- Design and manage performance review processes that support fair, constructive, and goal-oriented feedback.
- Develop incentive and recognition programs that drive performance excellence.
- Champion initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
- Lead efforts to build a supportive and collaborative company culture that values transparency and innovation.
- Oversee HR operations including compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
- Ensure policies and practices are current, compliant with relevant laws, and reflective of best practices in HR.
- Lead organizational change initiatives to support rapid growth and evolving business needs.
- Communicate effectively with teams during transitions, ensuring clarity and minimizing disruption.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly desirable
- 8 years of progressive HR experience in a leadership role, ideally at a fast-growing technology or venture-backed SaaS company
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling HR functions in high-growth environments, especially from around 50 employees to more than 250
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable people strategies
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, performance management, and talent development
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of influencing at the executive level
- Experience in change management, organizational design, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
- Must be located in Atlanta, GA
