Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Lead the development and execution of corporate strategies aligned with the organization's mission and objectives
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions with the executive team and other stakeholders
  
  
  

Market Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
• Generate insights and recommendations based on data to inform strategic decisions
  
  
  

Project Management:

• Oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Monitor progress and performance of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership
  
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with senior leaders and teams across the organization to align strategies and drive implementation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for strategic initiatives, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  
  
  

Performance Tracking:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives
• Analyze performance data and adapt strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
  
  
  

Reporting:

• Prepare presentations and reports for the executive team and board of directors, highlighting strategic insights and recommendations
  
  
  

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred
• 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a similar strategic role
• Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
• Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ideal candiate will have worked in venture capital.
• We are currently hiring in Atlanta or Austin, TX
• While we are a remote first workplace, we want Crunchers in one of our Hub locations to better facilitate periodic in-person meetings, get-togethers and training
