We are seeking an experienced FMS ACES Budget & Acquisition SME to provide critical support to the Army ASA(ALT) for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) ACES. The role will work directly with the FMS ACES Program Manager to address the cost-to-capability gap and ensure a cohesive understanding of program-wide costs across functional areas.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this position, you will:
- Assess and analyze the cost of FMS ACES across all functional areas, providing a clear picture of program-wide costs.
- Develop an understanding of IT costs throughout the enterprise to support cost/benefit evaluations for the inclusion of new capabilities into FMS ACES, compare solutions, and evaluate maintaining existing systems.
- Apply the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework to inform decision-making and evaluate the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and deliver high-quality briefings and communication materials, including spend plans and consolidated program budgets, to key stakeholders.
- This is a high-impact role requiring strong analytical and communication skills, a deep understanding of FMS processes, and the ability to assess and present complex budget and acquisition strategies.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of professional experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
- Budgeting, acquisition, and cost analysis for FMS programs
- IKnowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes and requirements.
- Strong experience in developing briefings, spending plans, and consolidated program budgets
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and financial modeling
- Ability to obtain/maintain an active Secret clearance is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Collaborative personality, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience developing executive-level presentations
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
