INTERN Accounting/Finance

POSITION SUMMARY:  

• This position will assist the Finance department in various daily, weekly, and monthly tasks while gaining a wide spectrum of operational/financial knowledge on how a successful department operates.
• Regular duties and responsibilities for finance interns include generating and analyzing reports, taking notes during meetings, preparing statements, entering data.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   

Essential Duties: 

• Full Cycle Accounting Review
• Emphasis on Financial Reporting/AR & AP Management/Cash Collection
• Budgeting/Forecasting
• Profitability Modeling
• Contract Reviews
• A/P administrative tasks
• American Express reconciliation
• Pricing reviews
• Travel & Expense Department Review
• 0% Required Travel

 Other Duties: 

• Other Duties as Assigned
