The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the SAFe Agile framework and capable of offering policy guidance and oversight for FMS and any supporting or related projects. With a solid understanding of business process re-engineering (BPR), the successful candidate will evaluate potential improvements and future capabilities for the FMS program. Additionally, the role requires extensive experience in developing and delivering briefings and communication materials within the subject matter domain, ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.This position is based in Arlington, VA, and requires the ability to work onsite.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Partner with key personnel to collect and document comprehensive business requirements for fleet management solutionWell-versed in the SAFe Agile framework to provide policy guidance, oversight assistance, and manage project development and implementation.Evaluate current fleet management processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for potential improvement.Perform gap analysis to assess requirements for FMS implementation or system enhancements.Create detailed functional specifications and system design documentation for FMS solutions.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the technical feasibility and alignment of solutions with business objectives.Oversee the full implementation of FMS solutions, ensuring on-time delivery, smooth configuration, comprehensive testing, and successful deployment.Review fleet data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities, while designing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor performance and key metrics.Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the FMS to support data-driven decision-making, while acting.Identify and implement process improvements to optimize fleet operations, reduce costs, and enhance system functionality.Continuously monitoring FMS performance and recommending adjustments to meet evolving business needs.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.Other Duties : Travels up to 25% of the time as dictated by needs of the Department and the Company.The preceding functions are examples of the work performed by employees assigned to this job classification.
