What you'll do

As a Growth Analytics Engineer, your charter is to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth and success. To do this, you will create and maintain data processes and dashboards that effectively capture and organize relevant information, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Ultimately, your expertise will drive operational efficiency and foster data driven decision making throughout the organization.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Growth Marketing Analytics & Operations Principal.

Responsibility 

• Develop and maintain data tables and dashboards to effectively capture and present key metrics
• Implement updates and optimizations to enhance the usability and functionality of data frameworks in alignment with evolving business needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure systems and processes are running as expected ensuring data accuracy and reliability
• Provide support to users on data table management and Tableau dashboard utilization to enhance organizational data literacy

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic 

• BS/BA degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
• 5 years of experience overall
• 3 years of experience in data management, BI development, or related roles
• Experience using SQL with an understanding of stored procedures, tasks, views, etc
• Experience with Tableau
• Experience with BDT or Python

Preferred 

• Knowledge of Saas business metrics
• Experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, Zuora and integrations
• Proven track-record in fast paced environments

Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $108,700 - $168,675 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
