What you'll do

As a Lead Product Manager, you are a highly motivated leader who is accountable for defining the Master data strategy, internal data product roadmap, design solutions that build trust and develop features to scale and accelerate business decisions.

You will also act as a master data steward for metrics and partner closely with business owners. You are accountable for metrics, improving quality, driving adoption of master data products in collaboration with internal teams and the broader DocuSign partner ecosystem.

You will partner closely with operations leaders, clarify strategic intentions, identify business outcomes, and develop a product feature roadmap. With your knowledge in both master data and business processes, you will deliver in-depth insights and recommendations to decision-makers.

You are an extremely driven individual with high emotional intelligence, a true self-starter with demonstrated experience in high-growth, fast-paced organizations. You have excellent written and oral communication skills, analytics and consultative skills, and stakeholder engagement skills. You build out the data story that helps our executives to understand the opportunities and accelerate the decisions.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Sr. Director, Data Product Management.

Responsibility

• Oversee the management and governance of master data within an organization
• Develop and implement a master data management strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives
• Manage the lifecycle of master data, including creation, maintenance, and retirement, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Implement processes and tools to monitor and improve data quality, including data cleansing and enrichment initiatives
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to master data management to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Leverage AI technologies to transform data management practices, leading to improved data quality, greater operational efficiency, and informed decision making
• Drive adoption, develop a change management plan to drive adoption
• Communicate regularly with senior leadership and executives on data product performance, demo and roadmap
• Extract optimal performance and results across multiple teams
• Play a leadership role in mentoring and coaching Data Analysts and Engineers
• Model leadership behaviors for others to emulate during times of ambiguity and change

Job Designation

Hybrid : Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency : Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations :

California : $171,500.00 - $277,025.00 base salary

Washington, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area) : $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salary
