What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.
Answer inbound calls, assist customers with service needs, and provide accurate information.
Maximize opportunities by reaching out to customers due for maintenance, recalls, and recommended services.
Keep our CRM system updated with customer interactions and appointment details.
Work closely with the Service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Handle a high volume of calls and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What We’re Looking For:
? Prior Call Center, Sales, or BDC experience is a plus – but if you're a fast learner with a great attitude, we’ll train you!
? Strong phone and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, CRM experience a plus).
? Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet daily/weekly goals in a fast-paced environment.
? Great communication skills – you’re a natural at engaging customers and booking appointments!
? Customer-focused, professional, and driven to succeed.
? Availability to work some weekends and occasional holidays.
