- Assist with implementing resident service plans, therapeutic physical and psychological care, and increasing independent vocational and leisure skills. ">
- Maintain documentation of behavioral symptoms and other data collection requirements. ">
- Provide personal care, including bathing, oral care, skin and nail care, and hand washing. ">
- Complete resident grooming, including hair care, shaving, dressing, and weighing. ">
- Transport dietary carts and linen carts. ">
Requirements

- Knowledge of PPE and its proper use for personal safety measures. ">
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all resident care information. ">
- Knowledge of chemicals used in housekeeping and laundry services. ">
- Ability to create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and personal interest. ">
- Ability to work tactfully and cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and staff. ">
