The Dodge Company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Inventory Financial Specialist to join our Highway Department team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inventory records, processing fuel usage transactions, and coordinating receipt of deliveries.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
• Process fuel usage transactions and monitor fuel levels
• Coordinate receipt of deliveries and reconcile delivery/pickup tickets
• Enter Accounts Payable invoices into the DOT reporting system and ERP
• Receive inventory into the DOT reporting system and ERP via invoices
• Assist other Department personnel during peak periods or absences
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer software applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
