Description
Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our team. This role will focus on producing high-quality visual assets, including social media creative, website landing pages, email campaigns, eBooks and video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital design best practices and a passion for creating engaging, on-brand designs that resonate with target audiences across various digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of style guides and the ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across digital assets, ensuring cohesive and impactful designs.
This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Senior Manager, Brand Communications.
Preferred Location
This is a remote, home-office based role and candidates located in the continental United States will be considered.
Travel Requirements
Expected travel is minimal for this role.
Essential Functions
- Concept, design and deliver various creative deliverables including paid digital media, landing pages, emails and paid social media
- Design and edit short-form video content for campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms to include animation, motion graphics, and video editing to create visually engaging content
- Strategize and design intuitive and appealing customer experiences by understanding the intersection of customer needs, business requirements, and technical constraints
- Design customer assets that improve engagement, usage and brand sentiment, leading to increased retention and acquisition across the Dodge brand
- Understand and incorporate accessibility standards as mandated by W3C
- Understand performance KPIs and how creative designs are performing against business goals in order to consistently optimize and improve
- Keep up to date with best practices and emerging trends in design, digital, CX / UX and technology
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a unified look and feel across brands
- Work closely with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to bring creative concepts to life and ensure design meets campaign goals and deadlines
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Salary Disclosure
Base Salary Range : $80,000-$90,000
This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job-related factors. Dodge Construction Network’s compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, uncapped commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
