Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing maintenance operations across the county's facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to prioritize and assign tasks.
- Monitor and report on maintenance activities, including progress and any issues that arise.
- Work with facility managers to resolve issues and improve maintenance processes.
- Assist with training and developing maintenance staff.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in facilities maintenance, mechanical operations, construction trades, or closely related field.
- Five years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a government agency or large organization.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
