Job Summary
This SAP Business Analyst will provide support for the Dodge business, touching all aspects of SAP associated with Dodge Operations. Responsibilities include maintaining current SAP procedures, improving and streamlining activities, troubleshooting problems, implementing standards and requirements, and supporting audit and compliance reviews. The role will cover domestic and international Dodge locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- SAP Operations problem resolution: Resolve challenges faced by SAP users within the Dodge Business.
- Integration Support: Integrate with necessary software, including VIP, Sievo, Compliant Pro, Power BI, and Shop Floor Display.
- SAP Table Administration: Administer and implement SAP Table changes where necessary, including production support, testing, and user training.
- ABAP Program Investigation: Investigate ABAP programs to determine issues or improvements.
- Effort Estimation: Work with IT Application Developers and SAP Programmers to estimate effort required for development and support.
- SAP System Management: Assist in installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to SAP systems and services.
- SAP Configuration Expertise: Serve as an expert in SAP Configuration, implementing changes for functionality or improvement.
- Data Integrity: Ensure integrity and confidentiality of information residing in SAP Systems.
- Audit Support: Support auditors with internal control procedure development.
- User Access Policy Enforcement: Monitor and enforce user access policies for compliance and segregation of duties.
- General SAP Administration: Provide general non-security related SAP Administration technical support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple internal and external teams.
- S/4 HANA Migration: Support future migration to SAP's S/4 HANA platform.
Requirements:
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% when required.
- Business Acumen: Good business judgment and strong organizational skills.
- Planning and Prioritization: Ability to plan, coordinate, and set priorities.
- Afters Hours Participation: Ability to participate in after-hours work when necessary.
- SAP Experience: Experience in SAP system administration of large enterprise systems.
- Work Authorization: Must have a work authorization in the US.
- Linguistic Fluency: Fluency in spoken and written English.
