- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Master's degree in Social Work and current Social Work Certification within the State of Wisconsin, with at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations impacting social services.
