Summary
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the best possible technical customer support at a project and production level for the entire LTO and Development order process.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize incoming briefings/projects and continuous project controlling.
- Implement and apply guidelines for managing the product range.
- Discuss with and support the TAM/KAM on customer-specific circumstances, recipe formulation and filling technology.
- Advise and support Sales in the selection of products, and monitor quality and timelines during the entire Development process.
- Identify gaps in the product range and communicate them to Product Management.
- Coordinate customer visits and workshops taking place and conduct them independently in focus projects.
- Ensure tastings for products developed.
- Make sure Projects contain sufficient information for application and R&I to be able to fulfill the customer request.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry or other science-related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in R&D
- Project Management experience preferred
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position will be scheduled to work onsite Monday through Friday.
