Position overview :
Reporting to the Manager of Project Management for doeLEGAL, a DiliTrust Company, and as part of the Project Management Team, this role will support software testing and project implementations, working closely with Project Managers and clients on identifying and documenting requirements, configuring client software and meeting project milestones. This position will interact directly with clients during projects and is charged with providing courteous and timely support to our end-user community.
- Support new client software implementations as a business analyst through documentation of requirements and configuration of software to meet client needs
- Perform needs analysis with customer and identify required configuration or customization to application and/or business processes
- Identify, prioritize, resolve, document and communicate technical and operational issues
- Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management
- Occasionally provide ticket support for incoming queries and issues related to software for legal case management and electronic billing
- Estimate problem resolution times through detailed collaboration with other team members
- Interact with clients, over the phone or via email, to provide support, prioritize appropriately and ensure resolutions
- Comfortably engage with clients in a highly professional and helpful manner
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through successful and timely resolution of technical and operational issues during projects
- Provide regular status updates and reports to supervisor
- Support testing of new software features

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience. In addition, any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- 3 years related experience
- Software Business Analyst experience preferred
- Familiar with legal technology preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to effectively multi-task in occasionally stressful situations
- Ability to work with autonomy and take direction as needed
- Highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative and complete assignments
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Quick understanding of software systems with a focus on legal software
- Good time management skills
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in a second language, other than English, is preferred but not required

Supervision is provided by the Manager of Project Management
