Are you a dynamic individual with a flair for marketing? Doeren Mayhew is seeking a well-rounded individual to join its national marketing team in the firm’s Grand Rapids, Mich. office as a Marketing Associate . Working directly with the Marketing Manager in Grand Rapids, the Marketing Associate will play an important role in supporting the region’s various firm marketing initiatives. You’ll also gain hands-on exposure working with various members of the national marketing team, as well as firm leadership across all practice areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop a working knowledge of the firm’s service offerings, markets, industry experience and key service differentiators to help create content for various deliverables, including presentations, targeted list development, mailings, etc.
- Manage the region’s proposal process, including tailoring content for targeted clients, tracking opportunities in the CRM, creating related reporting metrics and performing post-mortem follow up.
- Aid in the execution of sponsorship opportunities aligned with the firm’s marketing goals.
- Draft content for internal and external audiences, such as marketing collateral, thought leadership articles and employee news.
- Support marketing onboarding efforts of new firm team members, including drafting professional bios, scheduling photos and related announcements.
- Coordinate and manage all elements of regional external-facing event coordination, including venue selection, registration, continuing education, giveaway procurement, promotional materials and on-site coordination, if warranted.
- Assist in performing digital campaigns, including e-newsletter creation and quantifying readership metrics, when needed.
- Serve as a data steward for the region’s contacts in Salesforce.
- Assist with tracking regional marketing budget.
- Complete ad-hoc projects as needed to support strategic firm and geo-specific marketing plans.
