Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to establish project objectives, direct everyday operations, and ensure adherence to good engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales in developing proposals and accounts
- Makes client presentations as required
- Establishes project objectives from discussions with Applications department, account manager, and customer
- Participates in project estimating sessions as needed
Project Management
Directs everyday operations of projects, maintains project records, and monitors project cost versus established estimate. Identifies potential cost deviations and assists in formulating corrective action.
Engineering Support
Provides direction to assigned personnel in concept, design, detailing, or other project phases. Develops and/or approves solutions to specific problems and organizes design reviews.
Safety and Quality
Schedules and participates in safety reviews of fabricated equipment prior to tear down. Coordinates project activities within the company to ensure all aspects of the project are brought to a successful conclusion.
Communication
Interfaces with other company departments and customer representatives to establish project requirements and instill confidence in customers with company capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Management/Business Administration or equivalent work experience and technical capability
- Experience working with government entities
- Experience using Microsoft Project

Salary Range
$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annually
