The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the technical aspects of programs, ensuring their successful execution, and integrating cross-functional teams to deliver projects effectively.
- Project Management, Technical Program Management, and Project Planning skills
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of offshore/subsea industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or PgMP are beneficial
