What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Manager position at Dog Boarding at the Beach?
Dog Boarding At The Beach in Myrtle Beach, SC is looking for one front desk manager to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 401 Tyner St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged. Ideally we would like someone who is able and willing to assist with kennel tasks as needed and has a positive attitude! Great communication is key in this role. Experience is not necessary, we will train the right person. Pay is based on experience. There is a lot of room for growth within the company. This is a very active roll with a lot of time on your feet. This role requires knowledge of the Gingr program, if you do not have that experience please apply for our front desk/front desk assistant position. Weekends and holidays are required, hours vary between 7am and 8pm.

Responsibilities
- Check customers in and out
- Answer phones, make reservation, client communication, marketing
- Record keeping/clerical duties
- Manage all front desk/reception operations
- Manage front desk/reception staff
- Train staff
- Interviews
- Keep lobby and other areas clean and tidy
- Assist with daily deep cleaning
- Manage software program and assist with social media
- Quality control
