Dog Gone Problems is Omaha's largest positive dog training organization. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Dog Daycare Attendant with the potential to promote and train as a professional Dog Trainer.
Our facility is located at 132nd and Center in Omaha. This is exclusivly an at work position. Both full and part time positions are available

This is an active job so you need to have good mobility and the endurance to stand and run around with the dogs as needed.
Our facility is open for daycare Monday to Friday. We also do dog trainer training on weekends.

We also promote from within and are looking for people who want to grow beyond a dog daycare attendent into a Puppy Class Instructor, Dog Trainer or Dog Behavior Expert.
We have a paid training program available to candidates who show the skills and ability to become a dog professional after demonstrating their skills and work ethic as a dog daycare attendant.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and care for dogs in the daycare facility, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Engage in playtime activities with dogs, facilitating social interaction among them.
- Monitor dog behaviors and report any issues or behavioral concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring that all areas are safe for the dogs.
- Assist in feeding and administering medications to dogs as needed, following specific guidelines.
- Document daily activities and observations for each dog, contributing to their behavioral records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners, communicating effectively about their dogs’ experiences.

- Live in the Omaha metro area
- Have your own reliable car
- Be available to work either 6 AM - 12:30 PM 12:00 - 6:30 PM on weekdays
- Have good mobility and the endurance to stand and run around with the dogs as needed
- Be passionate about dog welfare and want a career in the dog training world.
- Have good communication skills
- Enjoy working with people and helping them with their dogs.
